Stephanie Bennett will join us at the Shadows CON

Unfortunately, David Castro will be unable to attend this year’s Shadows Convention. However, Stephanie Bennett will replace him. She is known for her roles in Leprechaun: Origins and Shadowhunters.

Bennett portrayed Dee Taggart on the 2015 CBC spy drama The Romeo Section. She also appeared in the 2015 Disney Channel television film Descendants as Snow White. Her other acting credits include the films Grave Encounters and Leprechaun: Origins, and appearances on television series Supernatural and iZombie. She appears as Lydia Branwell in the Freeform fantasy television series Shadowhunters.

We are still going to have a tremendous weekend loaded with fantastic guests, exhibitors and events.


REFUNDS:

No refunds on admission tickets, but exchanges are available for those who purchased David’s autograph, photoops, M&Gs or Coffee meetings, etc.

We will put a voucher in your account to exchange for other item that you want available to do it until June 1st via online. If you didn’t exchange for any other extra via Online, we will give you a voucher in the event to exchange there.

However, if in the event you don’t want anything, we will refund the money 15 days after the event.

Between January 18th and January 27th, all customers who are purchasing any extras will enter a raffle of two extra products between all the confirmed guests every day (Kat, Dominic, Matt, Alberto, David, Kaitlyn).


RAFFLE RULES

All extra products bought in between January 18th and 27th will be entered in a raffle. Every day two (2) different products will be raffled among the people who buy those days, so basically every day there will be two (2) winners for each one (1) extra.

The winner will be announced 24h later (except on the 18th and 19th, they will be announced on the 20th).


Which extra products I can buy to participate in the raffle?

Photo ops, Autographs, M&G and even Coffee Breaks, of all the actors confirmed, no matter if they are Gold, Premium or Regular are included in the raffle.

How are we going to do the raffle?

In a tombola will be the names of each of the products to be raffled and in another tombola will be the names of the buyers of every day. That means every day there will be a corresponding tombola (day 18, day 19, etc.).

So, every day we will choose two winners and two extras aleatory, which will be paired.

Every time you purchase an extra your name will be placed once in the raffle, that means you have more chances with every purchase to be a winner. When you buy on different days you also have the chance on different days to win.

The same price can be given to a different winner, but each prize is individual. That means, that a price can come out randomly twice.

If you win an item that you already purchased you CAN’T exchange it. After all, it is a raffle and whatever you get, you get. But for example, if you have purchased a photo option for that particular guest for Saturday and your prize is the same, you can change the day – but NEVER for another guest.

REMINDERS

– You CAN’T buy extra products if you haven’t purchased a full pass. But you can purchase both the pass and an extra to qualify for the raffle at the same time.

If you win the raffle and you don’t have a Convention Pass you will be disqualified and the prize will be for someone else. Also the product will be cancelled.

Remember the following:

  • It is not allowed to buy extra-products without having purchased a pass before. If you buy extra-products without a pass, the extras will be canceled without refund.
  • You CAN’T share these photos with just one ticket. That means, if you want to share with a friend and to appear together in a photo DUO or more both of you must buy a ticket.
  • These products are LIMITED and some of them are VERY LIMITED!!
