You’re not really into photo ops? Would you rather a funny picture with your phone? Are you one of those who makes the most of those moments? We have the perfect solution! You’ll be able to get a selfie with the guest of your choice at Polaris CON 2. And we have two offers you won’t be able to turn down:

Keep in mind that during autograph sessions any recording is strictly forbidden.

Only one (1) selfie per attendee.

You’ll be able to print the selfies with a 4€ charge. The pictures will be available to pick up at the end of each day (Saturday afternoon and Sunday afternoon)

DRAGON RIDERS CON – SUSPENDED

We regret to inform the attendants of “DRAGON RIDERS CON”, that despite the time and so much effort invested by the organization of ALWAYS F. EVENTS, the event is SUSPENDED, postponing it without a certain date at the moment.

As you all know, yesterday the Government of Catalonia declared the unilateral independence, and before the possible social scene of the city of Barcelona, ​​we must to suspend this event. This decision is taken as a consequence of not being able to guarantee the security of the actors and of the assistants.

Therefore, we will communicate, in sufficient time, place, day and time the new dates for the event. Those who choose to return the amount of the tickets purchased, will be requested for it and the money will be automatically returned through the platform Eventbrite.

We will inform all attendees, via email, the procedure to follow, for those who choose to return the tickets.

We are so sorry about the current situation, which leads us to make this unwanted decision,

Halloween Raffle!

Halloween comes to Polaris CON!!

What are you going to do in Halloween? Are you going to wear a custom? Maybe… will you go to a terrifying amusement park? A most creepy themed dinner? Or… better at home set up your own haunted house? We want to know!!

In Halloween we will raffle 2 autographs (to choose from between the confirmed talents).

Minors and companions

After some requests and doubts about minors and companions, our production team has decided to put on limited stock some “companion tickets”, which will cost 20€.

  • Who can access to this ticket?
    This companion ticket will EXCLUSIVELY available for parents and the legal guardian that have to accompany the minor.
  • I’m a parent/legal guardian of a minor and I want to go with them. How do I get this ticket?
    You will have to send us an email to polariscon@alwaysfevents.com alongside this authorization (download here) properly filled out. Once we receive it and check everything is correct, we will answer the email with the code that you will have to use to purchase the ticket. You must buy the tickets in the same purchase: companion and minor/minors.
  • What can I access with this “Companion ticket”?
    You can only access to the enclosure and to the merchandising zone. You won’t have access to the panels zone and other activities and you won’t be able to buy extra tickets for you. In case you would like to take a picture or access a panel, you must do an upgrade to a higher pass.

If you’re a parent/legal guardian that have already bought the pass when this option wasn’t available, send as an email to polariscon@alwaysfevents.com and we will repay it to you with the difference of the pass that you purchased.

Clearly, every parent/legal guardian that want to enjoy the event with their son or daughter, can purchase any other pass, not just the “companion ticket”.

Now if you buy a Saturday or Sunday Pass you get another as a gift, because it is better to go with friends to the event!! Until September 30th your friend will come free to the event.

You must send an email at polariscon@alwaysfevents.com with your purchase reference and within 1 or 2 days we will send you an email with a code so you can get the second Saturday/Sunday Pass and introduce your companion information.

Will I be able to upgrade my Saturday / Sunday Pass, be it the purchased or the gift? Of course! You can upgrade to any other pass, no matter what, look! if there is stock of the pass that you want.
